The staff were accommodating, especially when we needed to extend our cabin use due to our child falling ill. The facilities, including a refreshing saltwater pool and well-maintained BBQ area, added to our relaxation. Plus, being close to local gems like the Bright Art Gallery made family outings nice!

Bright Pine Valley Tourist Park - an Awesome place to stay
The location is just perfect—close enough to the town for leisurely walks and exploration of the beautiful rail trail. The amenities exceeded my expectations; the cabin was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. A special mention goes to the manager, Dee, whose friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, I was delighted to discover a coffee cart right at the end of the drive, perfect for that morning pick-me-up!

The outdoor AC unit right against the bedroom wall was unbearable! I couldn't sleep with the constant noise, but switching it off left us freezing. Plus, housekeeping was a joke; dirty floors and no towels for our group of three.

The room with bunk beds was a highlight, featuring a cozy heater that kept the space warm and inviting. It was perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring.
I noticed a slight issue with the Wi-Fi connectivity, which occasionally faltered in certain areas of the hotel. Although this was minor, it did disrupt my online planning.

I had a great stay at the Tasman, enjoying the cozy cabin with comfortable beds and efficient heating. The facilities were fantastic for kids, featuring a jumping pillow and playground. I loved how close the park was to town, making it easy to explore local eateries. The staff were friendly, and the clean amenities made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the electric blankets kept us warm during chilly nights, and I appreciated the ample parking available.
No complaints, maybe just a bit crowded during peak seasons 😅.

We recently spent five wonderful nights at this gem, primarily to explore the area with friends. The hospitality was great, with the manager Dee and her team making us feel right at home. Our cabin was spacious, equipped with two TVs and comfortable beds. The amenities were fantastic, especially the pool with a water slide, and the kids' facilities were perfect for keeping them entertained. We loved the close proximity to town, where we enjoyed a variety of dining options and lovely walking trails.
I totally recommend this hotel.

The powered caravan site provided a perfect base for our adventures, with amenities that were generally clean, despite a few hiccups due to peak usage. The fantastic pool and jumping pillow kept my son entertained, while the short walk to town offered charming shops and parks. it was a good stay that fostered great family bonding, and we're eager to return in April!

Breakfast choices could use some more variety.

I really loved the location! Just a short walk into town, which made it super convenient for getting around during the Christmas festivities. The staff were really friendly and helpful when we needed anything, and the heated sheets were a lifesaver since the nights got pretty chilly. Plus, having kid-friendly amenities nearby was a nice touch, even if we didn't get to use them much.
But, man, our room was a letdown. It felt cramped, and the bunk beds weren’t even made up – we had to do that ourselves! The place looked old, and it was pretty dusty, too. The noise from the common area was constant, making it hard to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. not the cozy Christmas escape we hoped for.

The location is fantastic, with shops and interesting places just next door, as well as the main park, city center, and plenty of restaurants. Plus, you're also close to the ski resorts! ⛷️.
